Design

SVC-01

We provide design based on interaction among all engineering disciplines for a successful project. Considerable attention is given to functionality, code of practice, and authority regulations — ensuring use of renewable energy sources and achieving economical, sustainable outcomes. Value engineering by third-party available on request.

Drawings & Estimation

SVC-02

We prepare drawings with near shop-drawing quality, with estimation based on them. Design is optimized based on costing relative to available site conditions. The aim is to maintain low deviation from actual execution value. We consider materials with minimal lead time and best quality, following CPWD DSR format estimation.

Tendering

SVC-03

Tenders are prepared based on CPWD specification and conditions. Our strong contractor and supplier database helps achieve the best bidder at low cost. Custom technical specifications and approved lists ensure work quality on site. We address contractor queries, participate in pre-tender meetings, and submit assessments for negotiations.

Project Management

SVC-04

We undertake project management by deploying highly skilled engineers on site. Activities include identification of critical activities across contract packages, monitoring work progress, ensuring effective quality control, visiting fabrication workshops on behalf of clients, chairing meetings, and reviewing timelines and costs.
